Uniqueness

                           Vision, hardwork and faith are the unique qualities in him as an Entrepreneur. But the most valuable trait he possesses out of all is humility and politeness within his concern and also to others who visit him. He motivates and creates positive energy in everyone he meets. His vision lies far beyond the Horizon. The employees of his companies don't follow the rule of "Love your job not your company" because of the humbleness and good attitude of the chairman and his two sons. They treat everybody equally and like their own family members and also share everything with them. A great thing to highlight is,90 percent of his employees are women whom he addresses with great respect. I've personally heard from a few employees that they won't quit from Aachi even if they get double their salary, they also said: "we can't get such a loving and caring person as our boss anywhere else". You can't hear this statement from any other company's employees. I was astonished to see so much of coordination & cooperation between the top level management & middle & low level employees. With all this in line, why can't they be named as No:1 in the whole nation in their sector.

Early life

                     Mr.A.D.Padmasingh Isaac was born in Nazareth a small town in tirunelveli district which now comes under tutucorin constitution. He did his schooling in MargoschisMatriculation School. He pursued B.B.A degree from Aditanar college of Arts & Science in Tiruchendur, which is about 20 kms from Nazareth. It was not an easy cake walk for him to complete his schooling and college as he lost his father when he was just 12 years old after which his mother took care of the whole family which consisted of six children including Mr.Isaac. It was interesting to know that he started his first business thereby became an entrepreneur when he was just 15 years old. During school vacation he used to run a small shop with snacks and other items which turned out to be the initial step into business. During those days it took hours to travel to his college which was very difficult, inspite of these difficulties he completed his studies successfully.

Transformation Period

                                  After completing his degree he moved to chennai in the year 1976 in search of a job. During those days it was very difficult to get a job in our country. After six months of struggling he was appointed as Sales Officer in Godrej, FMCG sector. His search didn’t stop even after he got a job, he was hardworking and eager to do something different. I would like to putforth an excellent sales approach of Mr. Isaac; during those days people commonly used liquid hair dye but Godrej hadthen launched a powder hair dye. But, the market didn’t accept this new product so Mr.Isaac went to a market near by where there were many oxen. There, he saw an opportunity and made use of it by painting the tail of an ox with the Godrej hair dye which attracted everybody there, he ended up in selling boxes and boxes of that product. This incident shows how powerful and predominant he was in marketing, his thoughts and vision were clear and very different from others which is what has made him a role model for many youngsters and budding entrepreneurs today. Within two years he got promoted as Area Sales Manager. This period of ten years at Godrej had transformed him into a great marketer. His sincerity and hard work laid a platform for the creation of the popular brand Aachi.

Vital Decision

          By this time he had already got married to married to Mrs.Thelma Isaac who turned out to be the best product developer of this great brand. Mr.Isaac felt that his educational qualification was beinga barrier for his career growth because he was only a Bachelor degree holder and thus he was promoted only to a certain level. This paved way for his full time entry into business, but the years with Godrej had given him Golden experience and knowledgeabout business. This made him very conscious about branding the products.
